The following terms of service (the "Terms") constitutes an agreement between you (“user”, “you”) and Arkki International Oy, company registration number 2542214-6, a Finnish limited liability company, having its registered address at Kalevankatu 31 A 14, 00100 Helsinki, Finland ("Arkki International", "us", "our" or "we"). These Terms govern your use of Arkki International Services.

You agree that you shall not use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service. You also agree not to attack, induce a disruption or try to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or the servers used by the Service.
You are solely responsible for all activity on your Account and for the security of your computer system. You agree that you are personally responsible for the use of your password and Account and for all of the communication and activity in connection with the Service that results from use of your Account using your login name and password. You may not transfer, distribute, sell, rent or otherwise make publicly available your Account or charge others for the right to use your Account. No devices or connections necessary for the use of the Service are provided subject to these Terms. For the sake of clarity, you are responsible for purchasing, maintaining and updating such devices and connections (including data security) and for any costs related thereto.

The Service, including without limitation to all content related to Arkki projects, the website, titles, themes, objects, concepts, artwork and collective content is protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights and applicable laws. Arkki International Oy reserves all rights, title and interest, including without limitation, all intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights in and related to the Service.
FEES, PAYMENT METHOD
The Service is made available subject to a payment of the applicable service fees that is non-refundable. In consideration for the use of the Service, Arkki International charges You the service fees that will always be notified to you before completing the transaction.
The Service supports common payment software such as Stripe or PayPal to enable you to use the Service.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event will Arkki International, its suppliers, or other third parties mentioned at this Site be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, those resulting from lower test scores, interruption of services or inaccurate information) arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of the use of this Site, any websites linked to this Site, or the Materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of the Materials or information from this Site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume all costs thereof.
Arkki International does not warrant that the service will function without interruptions or error-free.
MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS
Arkki International reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of these Terms without prior notice. All disputes between you and Arkki International shall be governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against Arkki International must be resolved exclusively by a court located in Helsinki, Finland.

The Terms are effective as of March 18th, 2020 and are subject to change without notice by Arkki International at any time. Please check for changes regularly. Your use of this Site after such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
